Dr. Richard Jay is a nationally and internationally respected foot and ankle surgeon, medical innovator, and educator with more than 40 years of clinical and leadership experience. A lifelong champion of underserved communities, Dr. Jay practiced in Philadelphia’s working-class neighborhoods and led over a dozen clinical studies focused on complex, vulnerable patient populations. His innovations include the development of the bestselling Dr. Scholl’s Support Insoles and pioneering work in regenerative medicine that expanded access to affordable biologic therapies.
Dr. Jay has served as Chief of Foot and Ankle Surgery at Inspira Health, Residency Director at Graduate Hospital, and a Professor of Orthopedics at Temple University - SPM. He has also driven global clinical research and product innovation as Director of Medical Affairs at Stryker. As founder of eMedtrain, one of the first online education platforms for surgical and medical professionals, he further demonstrated his commitment to accessible, evidence-based care.
As Board Chair of Reed Adaptive Impact Foundation, Dr. Jay brings unmatched clinical insight, research leadership, and a deep passion for advancing equity, helping drive the Foundation’s mission to create human-centered, adaptive communication tools for neurodiverse learners.

Alison Brophy Dorsey is a veteran health policy strategist with over 20 years of experience shaping healthcare access and equity.
As Senior Director of Government Relations at Elevance Health and former HHS policy advisor, she brings deep insight into federal and state systems.
At the Reed Adaptive Impact Foundation, Alison shapes policy and strategy, ensuring that adaptive AI tools align with public health goals. Her leadership helps drive meaningful, systemic change for neurodiverse communities through inclusive innovation and evidence-based advocacy.

Kate Jay Zweifler is a passionate community advocate, strategist, and mother to a verbally challenged autistic son.
As an advisory board member of the Reed Adaptive Impact Foundation, she specializes in outreach, advocacy, and partnership development to amplify the voices of neurodivergent families.
Drawing from lived experience and a career focused on social activation and relationship building, Kate ensures that Reed’s initiatives are deeply grounded in the realities of the communities they serve—bringing empathy, equity, and real-world impact to the forefront of innovation.

Roberta Ruben Zweifler is a seasoned nonprofit leader, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE, retired), and passionate advocate for inclusive education. Her lifelong commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities began at the Adams School for Special Needs Learning, where she gained firsthand experience that continues to inform her philanthropic vision.
With over 20 years of success in fundraising, Roberta has held leadership roles across human services, education, and the arts. As Director of Development at The Arc of Essex County, she led a transformational increase in individual and corporate giving. She later served as Assistant Director for the Jewish Community Foundation of MetroWest, where she oversaw endowments exceeding $100 million.
She is widely recognized for her ability to build a culture of philanthropy, serving as a featured speaker at national conferences and international venues, including the Assisi Performing Arts Festival. Roberta also holds a Certificate in Philanthropic and Fundraising Administration from NYU and has completed advanced coursework in nonprofit finance, business valuation, and science education.
Her volunteer leadership spans boards of housing corporations, schools, hospices, and arts institutions. Her dedication is also deeply personal: she is the grandparent of a child with autism, grounding her work in lived empathy.

Walter Zweifler, ASA, CVA, is a distinguished valuation expert and financial analyst with over four decades of experience in assessing closely held businesses, intellectual property, and complex financial instruments. As the founder of Zweifler Financial Research, he has provided critical valuation services for estate planning, litigation support, and corporate transactions, serving a diverse clientele across various industries.
Walter holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designations, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards in the valuation field. His analytical rigor and attention to detail have made him a trusted advisor to legal professionals, financial institutions, and business owners alike.
Beyond his professional achievements, Walter is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. He has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, contributing his financial expertise to support their missions. His dedication to social impact is further exemplified by his advisory role with the Reed Adaptive Impact Foundation, where he applies his financial acumen to advance initiatives that promote inclusivity and accessibility for individuals with neurodiverse conditions.
